Responsibilities:
1. Greeting Guests: Welcoming customers as they arrive and showing them to their seats.
2. Presenting Menus and Specials: Explaining the menu and any daily specials.
3. Taking Orders: Writing down or inputting food and drink orders accurately.
4. Serving Food and Beverages: Bringing ordered items to the table in a timely manner.
5. Checking on Guests: Ensuring customers are satisfied with their meals and addressing any issues promptly.
6. Clearing Tables: Removing used dishes and cleaning the table for the next guests.
7. Processing Payments: Handling cash, credit card transactions, and providing change if necessary.
8. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area tidy and organized.
9. Collaborating with Kitchen Staff: Communicating orders and any special requests to the kitchen team.
10. Upselling: Suggesting additional items like appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience.
11. Handling Complaints: Addressing any customer complaints or concerns courteously and effectively.
