The HR & Admin Assistant will provide essential support to our human resources department and shared services teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a team dedicated to energy efficiency and community.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to work in office in Harrisburg, Pa
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Experience with Google Suite
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in human resources
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with Recruitment:
- Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Complete filing, scanning, and data entry of employee information.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies:
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with HR compliance audits and reporting.
- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Administrative Support Duties:
- Prepare and mail customer letters.
- Filing of customer folders.
- Provide administrative support for fleet management.
- Prepare clothing and swag orders.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR
- Perform other administrative teams as assigned.
