Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management, kitchen operations, and shift management. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and leading a team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise staff members during shifts and provide guidance as needed
- Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and transactions
- Organize and oversee banquet events as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer situations
- Knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
