The Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota (AERC) is hiring a Part-Time Inventory Coordinator to join our established Inventory Department! The preferred applicant will be an experienced veterinary or medical professional with an interest in inventory, pharmacy, project management, and collaboration between multiple departments.

Schedule: Primary Mon & Fri (12 hrs/week)

Compensation: Hourly, dependent on skills, education, credentials, and other factors

The primary function of the Inventory Coordinator is to assist the Inventory Manager in the acquisition of hospital inventory and supplies needs, along with other tasks in the hospital. Additionally, the Inventory Coordinator is expected to promote professional growth through education and learning opportunities. This position will report directly to the Inventory Team Lead.

You are comfortable and experienced with ordering supplies and consumables in a medical setting.
- Physical and electronic methods for inventory counts, rotating stock, and other responsibilities as directed by your department manager or director.

- This is a non animal handling role. Although you will not physically be handling patients often, you will work closely alongside them while focusing efforts to providing the best client care and support possible to both clients and the referring community.
