Job Overview:
- The Clinical Resource helps provide input on, and support for, the implementation of strong clinical systems that result in the highest quality of care
- Directly supports the Director of Nursing as their clinical resource
- Supports the development and implementation of quality assurance measurements
- Audits and assists in improving medical management processes throughout the skilled nursing facilities and market by coordinating and engaging in activities to proactively promote implementation of evidence based best practices
- Monitors, performs, and manages quality assurance processes including those supporting compliance to regulatory and/or accreditation standards
Location: Various locations throughout Kansas
Travel: 75% Local travel (KS)

Qualifications:
- Must have Registered Nurse (RN) License
- 3+ years’ experience as a Director of Nursing at a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Experience in multi-facility oversight role preferred
- Ability to travel
- Able to prioritize and organize tasks at hand to meet specific deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of state regulations
- Must be physically present 5 days per week inn Kansas Facilities
