```Duties:```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
```Qualifications:```
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Some basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
- Welding skills for fabrication or repair work is a plus.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance is a plus.
The candidate should have experience in occupations similar to automotive mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar technical field.
