Are you ready to lead and drive growth in multiple channels for our dynamic organization? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing growth strategies across Shopify, Amazon, retention initiatives, and professional channels. As a key leader within our company, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue and market share across multiple channels, including Shopify, Amazon, retention efforts, and professional channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead and actively participate in the implementation of growth initiatives, including hands-on management of key channels.
- Establish and track key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Paid Google/Bing Ads: Search, Shopping, Display
- Paid Amazon Ads: Search + Display
- Paid Social Ads: Meta, Tiktok, Twitter, Snapchat
- Affiliate Marketing
- SEO + CRO
- Retention Marketing: Email, SMS, Push, etc
Performance Metrics and KPIs:
- Revenue Growth: Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets for each channel.
- Customer Acquisition: Increase customer acquisition rates through targeted marketing campaigns and channel optimization.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Improve conversion rates across Shopify, Amazon, and professional channels through site optimization and strategic initiatives.
- Customer Retention: Enhance customer retention rates through loyalty programs, personalized experiences, and targeted retention efforts.
- Market Share: Expand market share in key segments and channels through strategic initiatives and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
