We care deeply about our teams and the people who make them up. Our interview process is designed to make you feel like you know us and are a good fit for our team. The first step in our interview process is a video or phone chat with a member of our recruiting team. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the Counselor role and career opportunities. From there, we will invite candidates to an in-person interview. You will meet members of our team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session.
