We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Engagement Representative to join our community engagement team whose focus will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in sales and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. We support artists in the tattoo, body jewelry, and permanent makeup industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads and cultivating established relationships.
Responsibilities:

New Studio Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with tattoo, piercing, and permanent makeup studios, acting as an ambassador to BAA and our brands

Conduct regular visits to client studios to understand their unique needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support, and sharing product knowledge, samples, and promotions
- Product Promotion and Live Events:

Showcase Body Art Alliance's products and services to clients, emphasizing key features, benefits, and competitive advantages (i.e., value proposition).

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the functionality and versatility of our offerings.

Provide samples of products for clients to experience firsthand, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Launch community engagement events to grow brand awareness and drive sales

Training and Education:

Deliver comprehensive training sessions for customers on the proper use, maintenance, and benefits of Body Art Alliance products.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice and insights to help them optimize their use of our products and maximize their business success.

Market Research and Insights:

Gather feedback from clients on product performance, usability, and areas for improvement, and relay this information to the product development team.

Distributor Engagement and Collaboration:

Cultivate strong partnerships with large tattoo and permanent makeup distributors, serving as the main liaison between Body Art Alliance Key Account Managers and these key stakeholders.

Provide ongoing product education and support to distributors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively sell Body Art Alliance products.

Sales Support and Assistance:

Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with both existing and prospective clients.

Reporting and Analysis:
-
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights using CRM software or other tracking tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Work Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus, but we are open to candidates with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
Salary: $65,000
