Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and follow up on pending matters.
- Input and retrieve data using various computer software packages.
- Type correspondence, reports, memoranda, special projects, technical papers, and related materials.
- Format documents, determine page layout, and select fonts.
- Research information, compile statistics, gather and summarize data to prepare complex, non-standard reports.
- Receive and screen telephone calls, mail, and visitors; route callers, take messages, and answer questions related to the unit's functions.
- Compose letters and memoranda from verbal directions or knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and facilities, including travel and lodging arrangements.
- Order office supplies and process unit purchase requisitions and vendor invoices.
- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records, and other documents.
