A Loan System Administrator in our Lending Solutions department that will possess exceptional customer service skills. What you’ll do…
- Manage and maintain the Encompass LOS, ensuring optimal performance
- Configure and customize Encompass to meet the needs of various business units, including loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing.
- Implement and maintain user roles, security settings, and access permissions.
- Manage integrations between Encompass and other systems (e.g., CRM, document management, compliance tools).
- Ensure seamless data flow and communication between Encompass and integrated systems.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and third-party solutions that enhance the Encompass platform.
- Document phone and email interactions with specific details in the case management system
- Stay up-to-date with Encompass software releases and updates, assessing their impact on current operations.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, including testing and deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding system use, procedures, and reports pertaining to balancing and interpretation
- Research customer issue by reviewing system documentation, user manuals and industry periodicals and websites
What you’ll bring…
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Minimum 2+ years experience as an Encompass LOS Administrator or equivalent mortgage banking LOS
- Encompass Administrator Certification is a plus but not required
The salary range for this role is $71,400 - $106,800.
