Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Danos Training and our internal and external customers at an operational level to facilitate an effective and efficient training process.
- Partner with different Danos operations groups at the appropriate peer level to share information and leverage resources to facilitate a high-quantity, high-quality training process. Includes coordinating, tracking, and communicating the day-to-day planning, scheduling, and reporting of training and compliance efforts.
- Demonstrate ownership of the communication process with appropriate internal and external customer personnel to ensure all training activities align with stated training requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training procedures, processes, and protocols, including:
- Training audit program for internal and external training efforts
- Billing to customers for training delivered, where contractually appropriate
- Review and reconciliation of vendor invoices
- Integration of training processes into applicant tracking system to facilitate tracking and reporting capabilities during onboarding efforts
- Track and maintain field employee training compliance, including:
- Internal Danos required trainings
- External, customer required trainings
- Updates and maintains data in all required databases
- Provide compliance reports to internal and external customers, when applicable
- Fulfill duties and conduct activities consistent with a working understanding and demonstration of the Danos Staff Behavioral Competencies.
- Provides information to applicants regarding application process, employment policies, organization, and open positions.
- Instructs applicants on completing employment applications, reviews applications for completeness, and obtains additional information from applicants such as work experience, education, training, skills, and references.
- Facilitates conditional job offer to applicants, providing information after the decision to hire has been made.
- Compiles and files data related to applicants and open positions.
- Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned or necessary to complete the scope of work.
Qualifications:
- Work history with behaviors that show high energy with a bias to action and a passion for winning.
- Strong priority management skills with the ability to maintain focus and discipline on multiple projects.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), inter-personal skills, customer service skills, and ability to function in a high-performance team-based environment.
