Clinical Research Associate
Job Summary:
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in the advancement of clinical trials and medical research. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the development of new medical treatments.
Duties:
- Utilize statistical software to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Monitor patients participating in clinical trials to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Apply medical terminology knowledge to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Manage and oversee the execution of clinical trials from start to finish.
- Conduct vital signs assessments and blood sampling as required during trials.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Implement clinical trials management strategies to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Contribute to the overall clinical development process by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in statistical software for data analysis.
- Experience in patient monitoring within a clinical research setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with conducting and managing clinical trials.
- Ability to perform vital signs assessments and blood sampling procedures.
- Skilled in documentation review for regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their application in clinical research.
- Background in clinical trials management is a plus.
