A Lead Advanced Engineering Technician is a professional who oversees and coordinates technical tasks related to engineering, often in a specialized field.
Responsibilities:
o Efficiency Improvement: Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed to enhance efficiency in various operations (such as maintenance, production, and clerical tasks).
o Standard Production Rate: Establish a standard production rate based on their analysis.
o Technical Expertise: Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within their field.
o Leadership: Lead and direct the work of others.
o Creativity and Latitude: The role allows for a wide degree of creativity and latitude in decision-making.
o Reporting Structure: Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Qualifications:

o Experience: 6-8 years of experience in the field or a related area.
