Job Responsibilities:
-Create individualized treatment plans for each client on your caseload
-Uphold BACB ethical guidelines by providing first-rate services while establishing and practicing professional boundaries
-Analyze data and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
-Assist with intake process, discharge planning, and transition planning for clients
-Safeguard PHI by abiding by HIPAA/FERPA/DFPS protocols and maintaining confidentiality
-Provide effective supervision and mentorship to RBTs
-Create and update ITPs, meeting all deadlines
- Conduct family trainings on a regular basis as required in each client's treatment plan
-Cultivate and preserve culture and morale by engaging in collaborative activities with leadership and team-members alike
-Create and maintain a positive work environment and work culture by leading with support, empathy, and compassion
About You:
-Hold and maintain a current BCBA certification
-Passionate and committed to the service and growth of others
-Have a copious amount of enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
-Organized, with an impeccable attention to detail
-Enjoy working in fast-paced environments with strong adaptability skills
-Have the ability to remain calm and neutral when implementing de-escalation strategies
-Dependable, dedicated, multi-tasking professional
(SPED (EC-12) Certification required to be considered for teaching positions!)
