Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing/Operations Manager to join our team. This hybrid role emphasizes marketing responsibilities with operational oversight to ensure seamless execution of strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns while managing the operational aspects of the agency to support business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and more, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer retention programs.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, and email.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ad tech, and mar tech.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Operations Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring the right team members are assigned to the right projects.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or technology company.
- Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and other web platforms, including website design and content management.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing content and campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of ad tech and mar tech products.
- Proven experience in managing operations and leading teams in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ad tech and mar tech products and platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for basic website updates.
