Riverside Health and Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced HR Manager to build morale and to create a culture that our employees want to embody .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing
- Conduct performance management processes to ensure fair evaluations and goal setting
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management processes
EXPERIENCE
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience with ADP AND HRIS systems is a MUST
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and compensation management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
