We are looking to hire someone with accounting / admin/ computer skills.
Some job specific job duties would include:
Bank reconciliation
Monthly P and L statements for all entities
Local and state tax filings for all entities – quarterly and annually
Employee file maintenance
Corporate filings for entities
Depreciation Schedule maintenance
Book keeping/ data entry
Help prep payroll files
Process payroll- run in house
Bank transfers / wire transfer setup
Accounts receivable
Change order / Contract change reconciliation
As a closely held family of companies this position will offer exposure to all aspects of running and operating small businesses. Great opportunity for someone to learn and grow. This position does offer opportunity to move up into a senior accounting roll. Other lateral movement also available based on candidate’s skills and back ground.
Compensation:
Based on experience Range $60,000-$75,000
401k with 4% match
Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 75% company paid
Sick/Personal Days – 5 days
Vacation first year- 2 weeks
Requirements:
Strong computer proficiency – Excel proficiency mandatory
Accounting debit/ credit/ accounts- Knowledge and proficiency
High school diploma required
College not required but preferred
