A busy CEO of a global health brand is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join his team. The company has a dynamic team that is passionate about improving the lives of people and pets by delivering premium, healthy products through world-class research, innovation, and manufacturing. The office is located in Madison, TN and the EA will be working out of the office. The EA is an energetic, multi-tasking, fast-working, smart professional with a servant heart, common sense, great communication skills, loyal, confidential, willing to roll-up their sleeves and do whatever needs doing, with excellent attention to detail, and who enjoys wearing many hats at various times. The EA is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO to optimize their productivity. The duties will include broad executive leadership support, communicating on behalf of the CEO’s, coordinating meetings, events, executive office management, and a wide range of other tasks. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: management and communication on all executive communication ensuring accuracy and clarity, handling things of confidential nature with discretion, detailed, timely and accurate project management, identify key priorities, be the voice and presence of CEO on multiple fronts, especially detailed management of digital communications (email, social media, video conferences, phone calls, etc.), be able to work individually or in a team setting, help manage all executive activities and priorities with excellent and constant communication, competent use of various software programs and IT systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects, event and meeting planning, both off-site and on-site, to include all details, assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for CEO’s and other team members, propose new ideas and suggestions to improve internal processes within the company, maintain and order office materials and supplies inventory, help be the face and voice and coordinator for the organization in the onboarding of new team members, including technology coordination and training, assist or direct all aspects for trade shows and conferences, including being present as a representative for clients and business partners, manage all facility areas to ensure an excellent “image” to all who visit our offices, be an ambassador for the company to all with whom we interact, ensure and contribute to the Core Value culture and morale of the office, participate in special projects, as needed, any and all other duties as assigned from time to time, occasional travel.
The schedule is Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with flexibility. Compensation is $80-$100k DOE. Benefits include majority covered health insurance, 15 days of PTO and paid holidays. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
