ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides administrative support to the President & Chief Executive Officer
- Manages highly confidential and legal materials to ensure discretion and appropriate action
- Composes executive level correspondence for both internal and external customers
- Prepares high level internal and external communications
- Interacts with board members, senior managers, vendors, staff, community residents, patients and participants in the programs and services offered by the Agency.
- Creates minutes, reports, spreadsheets, flowcharts, tables, graphs and other forms of presentation as needed
- Provides administrative support for Board meetings and the President’s Advisory Council meeting
- Reviews, answers and initiates correspondence
- Assists in fundraising events planning and activities and other development activities

- Maintenances of filing systems
- Maintains flexibility in work schedule to meet needs
- Assists with writing and editing content for both print and Web including the company website, blog, brochures, grants and newsletter
- Provide support in the implementation of the center’s communications strategy Monitor the health center’s social media and online presence
- Organize and direct promotional events
- Recommend techniques to improve the health center’s public image
- Make sure that all promotional and marketing materials meet the health center’s brand identity strategy
- Identify and resolve any issues with promotional content in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as point of contact for media and public questions to President & CEO to designate the appropriate response and spokesperson
- Assess and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies

Pay: $51,396.91 - $57,500.00 per year
