Interpower Induction is a machine builder specializing in the design and manufacture of Induction Heating machines used in almost every segment of industry. The machines utilize solid state IGBT, and SCR based power converters (also called supplies, inverters, drives) ranging in power from 5 to 10,000 kilowatts. The power supply designs have output frequencies from 60 Hertz to 400 Kilohertz.
Interpower Induction is looking for someone to work in our electronics department to develop and test our new generation of control boards.

Responsibilities:
- Electronic control unit design and engineering.
- Design and fabrication of electrical systems.
- Programming and design of electronic controls.
- Microcontroller programming.
- Human Machine Interface (HMI) design.
· Design and develop electronic systems, including system architecture, circuit design, and component selection.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate design options.
· Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and other design documentation.
· Develop firmware for microcontrollers and SoCs.
· Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis of electronic failures, and implement corrective actions.
· Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure proper integration of electronics into products
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in electronics engineering.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
· 10 years minimum experience required
· PLC Software programming experience
· Controls hardware design and configuration experience
Ability to perform root cause analysis of electronic failures
· Electronic Control unit design
· Printed circuit board design
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
