Position:
Immigration Attorney: An attorney with at least 2-3 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with matters before the Immigration Court and USCIS.
Case Work Responsibilities:
Develop and pursue legal and practical strategies to place our clients on the optimal path to obtain immigration relief, including, but not limited to, Forms I-589, EOIR-42B, I-360, and I-485. Appear for matters including, but not limited to, interviews with USCIS, Immigration Court hearings, and family court hearings.
Requirements:
Current New York or New Jersey Bar License (multiple jurisdictions will be looked upon favorably). Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
