From the owner of The Baker - New Bedford comes Olivia's Restaurant in Fairhaven, MA where the famous Elisabeth's used to operate. We have remodeled the space and equipped it with all brand new equipment. We are eager to find our A team!
The kitchen is run by Chef Steven Hacker who has traveled across the US honing his craft. The menu highlights fine coastal cuisine with a nod to New England but encorporates Steven's vast experience, local sustainable fish and meat, and an emphasis on being slightly different than the many eateries around this area.
We are looking for PREP COOKS, LINE COOKS (SAUTE, OVEN), FRY COOKS AND GARMO. Our days of service will be Tuesday - Saturday so we can keep Sundays to spend with our loved ones or doing whatever we want to!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient meal preparation
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist with catering events as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food industry best practices and techniques
- Proficient knife skills for food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe development is a plus
