Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, coach and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and performance expectations.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales staff.
- Set performance metrics and evaluate the team's performance regularly.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns and sales incentives.

- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing automotive sales.
- Valid driver's license.
