For this position of Customer Service Specialist, you must:

-Be able to look for ways to increase efficiency and productivity
-Be proficient with a computer, Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferably have:
Past customer service experience
Past eCommerce experience
Job tasks include:
-Answering questions for customers via phone, email and text
-Ensuring customer issues are professionally and promptly resolved
-Assist with scheduling activities for incoming shipments
-Other tasks as defined by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
