The Intermediate Creative Services Coordinator will coordinate the image, copy, and system workflow processes necessary for the production, implementation, and maintenance of merchandise on 1200+ Online Campus Shops. Assists eFollett Marketing team, store personnel, and GM planners in executing merchandising initiatives that increase sales of all branded products online. Actively monitors and troubleshoots Online Campus Shop merchandise to ensure optimal customer shopping experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Online Merchandise Onboarding
- Process incoming image files for 1200 online campus shops: Track and rename all files (160k+ per year) to standard eCommerce naming convention.
- Use Photoshop (as needed) to edit and optimize received images to company standards.
- Write/ Build product names and descriptions for all received images in internal systems, ensuring product information conforms to company standards for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and accurately represents the merchandise.
- Ensure that new products are made available to customers on Online Campus Shops within SLA
- Manage special products to ensure they appear online on sports wins or school schedules.
- Resolve product and system issues escalated to the team from the field and internal personnel.
- Support Hot Market (Sports-win-related items) Event product reveals/launches in real-time, including after hours and weekends. Coordinate IT teams to ensure products are live on sites as expected.
- Maintain online campus shop appearance by routinely auditing sites and using available reporting to identify image issues and correct them as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, General Merchandise, Product, and eCommerce Operations teams to support initiatives or projects to improve online sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of professional work experience preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer literacy.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional work schedule availability for nights and weekends necessary to cover sports win-related product availability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
