Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by making timely lawn applications using proper techniques.

Diagnose and address customer lawn concerns while on-site.

Achieve weekly production goals to ensure efficient service delivery.

Explain our lawn care programs to current and prospective customers.

Maintain company truck and equipment by cleaning daily and storing them properly.

Perform various lawn care services, such as fertilization, weed control, and aeration.

Provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing questions and concerns.

Conduct lawn analysis and present quotes to potential customers.

Make field sales as required to contribute to team goals.

Apply fertilizers, weed control agents, insect control agents, and other products safely and effectively, following proper safety protocols.

Operate a variety of powered and non-powered equipment, including hand-held spreaders, backpack sprayers, hose-end sprayers, riding sprayers/spreaders, and aerating machines.

Maintain accurate records of applications, products used, and customer invoices, including post-treatment care instructions.

Recognize and diagnose lawn problems caused by insects, diseases, water issues, sunlight exposure, or other factors.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training upon hire.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to walk long distances and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

A plus: previous lawn care experience, knowledge of North Texas turf grasses and weeds, and pest control experience.

Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to operate a company truck and various equipment, including sprayers, spreaders, and aerating machines.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently on a regular basis.

Proficient in basic math calculations for accurate product application.

Excellent record-keeping skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.

Driver's Responsibilities:

Operates a company vehicle safely and efficiently, following pre-assigned daily routes.

Assumes responsibility for basic vehicle maintenance, including tire condition, replacement, brake checks, and timely oil changes.

Maintains strict adherence to all safety protocols and relevant driving regulations, reporting any work-related injuries immediately to designated supervisors.

Complies with established company vehicle usage policies and upholds a clean driving record.

Promptly reports any auto accidents to the Service Manager within one hour of occurrence.

Maintains an active Texas driver's license and provides updated copies to Human Resources.
