Independently identify, qualify, contact, and close new solutions for Home Builder Marketing Departments. Actively uphold a superior level of customer service with existing customers.
- Primary duty of selling solution based products and services by means of marketing, networking, cold calling, referral, and other similar outside sales techniques.
- Customarily and regularly meet with clients and prospects away from OnSight’s place of business with the goal of closing deals/proposals and generating new sales.
- Actively seek, suggest, and introduce new products and services to existing and potential customers by identifying needs that are currently underserved by OnSight or the general marketplace.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals as outlined in your individualized Performance Monitor. These are met through extensive knowledge of existing, prospective and referred clientele. Advanced knowledge of Home Builder Marketing is REQUIRED.
- Accurately input new contacts, prospects, and business development activity into the MaxPro computer system for tracking. Schedule appropriate follow-up.
- Utilize resources to create competitive quotes for new projects considering accurate cost and timeline concerns.
- Obtain written authorization from the customer for all work to be completed.
- Create new orders in the MaxPro computer system, including all sales items and supporting information, with accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Submit correct and complete paperwork to Production.
- Coordinate artwork creation and/or submission and client approval with the Graphic Design Department.
- Once order is complete and received by customer, follow-up to ensure their satisfaction. Identify and report any customer disappointments and/or potential areas of improvement and resolve issues.
- Maintain an expanding knowledge of our core signage product along with its application for sales purposes.
- Be a team player. Assist team members with special projects, communications, and ideas to assist in the overall objective of the organization. Lead by example.
- Be professional, ethical, and courteous in all interactions with the customers and employees of ONSIGHT, Inc.
