Admissions RN Qualifications:
- 2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience required
- Be able to support the interdisciplinary team by providing education, assessment documentation, and initial contact with patients and families being admitted to Hospice or Palliative Care.
- An active, unencumbered state RN license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
- Hospice or Home Health experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
Admissions RN Benefits & Schedule:
- Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am - 6:30pm or 11:00am - 7:30pm
- No mandatory on-call required
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs
