About the role:
The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the spa's operations, including people management, scheduling, membership sales and retention, and achieving goals and KPIs. The Spa Manager will promote the company's brand, have a passion for sales and drive employees to be their best, most authentic selves.
What you'll do:
Service and Product Knowledge
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of VIO Med Spa's service offerings, including advanced skincare treatments, injectables, body contouring, and laser therapies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new services and products into the spa's offerings.
Sales Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans specifically tailored to showcase Vio Med Spa's diverse service portfolio.
- Leverage a deep understanding of the services to effectively convert leads and drive business growth.
Event Planning and Execution
- Organize and execute engaging events to promote Vio Med Spa's services, collaborating with the marketing team for impactful campaigns.
- Utilize events to showcase the spa's unique services and products to both individual clients and potential B2B partners.
Client Education and Consultation
- Foster effective provider/client consultations, providing aesthetic solutions through comprehensive treatment plans and tailoring recommendations based on individual needs.
- Ensure the spa team is well-versed in the benefits and features of each service offered.
Collaboration with Medical Professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals associated with Vio Med Spa to enhance service credibility and client confidence.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless and safe delivery of medical spa services.
Marketing Material Development
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials that effectively communicate the benefits of VIO Med Spa's services and products.
Community Engagement with Local Services
- Engage with the local community to promote VIO Med Spa's services through partnerships with local businesses and community events.
Quality Control and Client Satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Address client concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and trusting client-staff relationship.
Operations
- Inventory management to stock spa appropriately and ensure profitability through strategic ordering practices and monitoring inventory levels.
What you’ll have:
- Demonstrated management experience as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager. (Spa experience a plus)
- A passion for people, sales and unparalleled customer service
- Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach and manage team members through complex work related issues
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate with confidence with guests and co-workers
- An ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks in an ever-changing work environment
- Superior organization and problem solving with experience in project management
- Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Results oriented, metrics driven approach
- Flexibility with schedule; including availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
