What we're looking for: Help Desk Specialist / Computer Repair Technician with Ember Education.
Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Director of IT Systems and Support, the Help Desk / Laptop Repair Specialist will assist management and staff in the IS department with a variety of tasks related to computer component repair, end user issue support, ticket resolution, account setup and permissions, access rights, content development, and general administrative support. The Help Desk Specialist will provide first tier technical support regarding business portal and Learning Management System issues in support of both student, staff, and faculty.
What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $21-$25 per hour. Education and/or Experience - Associate's degree with two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
