Client Service Associate
Position Overview: The Client Service Associate (CSA) will provide superior customer service to clients and ensure the efficient and accurate processing of client inquiries and requests. The CSA will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, financial advisors, and clients to provide exceptional client service. As part of the client service team, the CSA will provide support to the financial advisors in their daily duties and help clients navigate complex financial services.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries and requests in an efficient and timely manner.

Process account openings, transfers, and changes.

Provide support to financial advisors, including research and analysis.

Support the compliance process through document and data collection.

Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.

Utilize SalesForce, financial planning tools and other software applications to accurately process client requests.
Qualifications:

At least 3+ years of exp.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.

Series 7 and Series 65 licenses.

CFP, CFA, and/or Trust/Estate Planning certification is a plus.

Proficiency in SalesForce and other software applications.
