We currently have an immediate opening for a Shipping and Receiving Associate.

Because the racks are stacked tight, we need an individual who is a skilled, confident forklift driver (standup and sit down) with at least 1 year (prefer 2) of related work experience. This position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work longer hours and weekends as job demands.
Starts at $19.00 per hour. We offer a formal training and certification program where you will work through 6 learning modules at your own pace. Uniform provided.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Job Details:
The receiving aspects of this role require accurate and timely receipt of raw materials, labeling and moving materials to the appropriate storage location.
You will:
- Unload trucks and check the incoming material for shipping and handling damage
- Retrieve packing list and verify material product number(s), batch number(s), quantity received and that has been provided for each material indicated.
- Enter material purchase order number into receiving screen of computer (ERP) system and verify materials/quantity received to the indicated purchase order information.
- Print a product label for each container/pallet of material received
- Submit receiving documents and printed labels to Quality Assurance for approval
- Apply labels to accepted product and store in appropriate warehouse locations
- Forward all packing lists and bill of ladings to accounting
The shipping requirement is to coordinate, prepare and ship product to customers according to documented schedules and procedures. Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the warehouse shipping area. You will:
- Load products onto appropriate trucks per Bill of Lading/Packing List.
- Maintain accurate Warehouse inventory in the ERP system.
- Maintain shipping dock and Warehouse cleanliness.
- Assist with physical inventory.
