Our office needs an experienced orthodontic assistant to facilitate creating a positive, welcoming, stress-free patient experience.
Traits needed:
- Ability to connect, build trust, and form relationships with patients, doctors, and team members
- Open availability
- Willing to travel between our three locations: Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor is only a handful of days a month)
- Orthodontic Assisting experience
- Optimistic attitude
- Outgoing, friendly, welcoming personality
- Possess a whatever it takes attitude
- Perceptive
- Ability to multi-task
- Motivated by challenge
- Advanced communication skills
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR AS AN ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT AND ABLE TO PERFORM THE PROCEDURES BELOW.
Skills required:
Previous experience as orthodontic assistant
Able to bond and debond braces
Able to take impressions with alginate and Scan patients with Itero
Able to take Xrays and pictures as directed.
Able to sterilize instruments.
Able to make wires adjustments as needed.
