Job Title: Porter
Location: ½ Casa Del Sol (home base), New Dimension and
½ time Hotel Woodland, Woodland, CA (Tax-Credit Studios for Adults)
Housing: Not Required
Pay Range: $17 - $18/ per hour

Reports To: Community Manager
Bilingual: Spanish preferred
JOB SUMMARY:
All common grounds/areas must be kept clean of trash and other objects at least 4 times a week or more depending on the amount of trash left on the ground.

Maintain curb appeal.

Clean out dumpster area 2 times a week. (Monday and Thursdays)

Break down all cardboard and stack near recycle bins for city pickup.

Pull out dumpsters and sweep and clean behind them.

Any large objects (household items) place in proper area for pick up.

Laundry Rooms must be done 3 times a week. (Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays)

Sweep and Mop whether or not it is needed.

Take out the trash.
- Wipe down all appliances, counter tops, window sills, & windows.

Remove items from box weekly and throw away.

Hallways (to be done 2 times a week)

Sweep out and mop.

Wipe down counter tops.

Shake out inside mats.

Vacuum stairs once a week.

Clean entry door window.

Must be flexible as additional duties may be assigned by the property manager.
