About the Position:
To support the daily back-office functions in Deposit Operations, handle customer service calls and support the branch system in the role of Personal Banker. This is a part time position (30 hours or less a week).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates new accounts in the core system
- Processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other items
- Handle verifications of deposit and process department mail
- Process returned mail and administers customer’s change of address requests
- Performs Quality Control assigned tasks
- Backs up banker at all New Orleans Metro Region based branches
- Reviews and responds to deposit customer service inquiries
- Assist customers with Online Account Opening and Online Banking Questions.
- Provides Superior Customer Service to branch and digital customers.

Additional Information:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 40% travel to support all branches within the New Orleans Metro Region
- Previous Bank Teller experience preferred
- Strong Customer Service and attention to detail required
