- Handle food safely and responsibly, following proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and execution
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
- Contribute to maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in the food industry or fine dining
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced culinary setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Understanding of basic culinary techniques and menu planning
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
