We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Sub's! Full Time / Part-time time positions are available in most locations. Shift Managers must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Sub’s.
This job contributes to Firehouse Sub's success by assisting the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity.
```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift staff to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee food production, kitchen operations, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage banquet and catering events, including planning and execution
- Train and develop shift staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and banquet services
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Additional Requirements:
- Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
- Ability to stand, bend, reach through-out assigned shift
- Ability lift 35 lbs
Ability to obtain Servsafe Manager Certification is a must.
