What You'll Do:
- Assist and Support: Help Dealers, Distributors, and OEMs with connectivity, access, and application issues. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving their inquiries and incidents.
- Training: Guide customers through the installation, operation, and customization of Yanmar systems and programs. Your expertise will ensure they get the most out of our products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and our online case system. Your friendly and professional approach will strengthen our customer relationships.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical problems and escalate them when necessary to ensure quick resolutions.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of every customer interaction to maintain a high standard of service.
- Financial Management: Handle the generation, tracking, and reporting of invoices and credits. Keep an eye on the financial status of our department and submit orders as needed.
- Reporting: Create monthly financial reports to keep our department on track.

Skills and Experience:
- A strong desire to help others with superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, both locally and remotely.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level or better.
- Technical knowledge of operating systems, browsers, basic internet navigation, software installation, and basic networking.
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills (advanced skills preferred).
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
