POSITION SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates activities of warehouse workers engaged in receiving and distributing building material products by performing the following duties.
Directly supervises 5-35 employees in the Warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
This position is responsible for maintaining and enforcing all company procedures, policies and practices.

Work Location This work is critical to be conducted at the assigned office.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of Supervisory experience. Logistic background is a plus.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing software. SAP helpful
Certification, Licenses Valid Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
