Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical professionals, clinical leads, clinical directors, ancillary staff, and team members to ensure high-quality patient care and effective operations.
- Provide manual therapy treatment to patients in assisted living facilities.
- Maintain and complete evaluations, patient records, reports, and all necessary documentation efficiently and promptly, adhering to regulatory and departmental guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families or significant others to provide updates on patient progress.
- Interact courteously and professionally with staff and patients, accepting constructive feedback gracefully.
- Engage with patients of varying levels of functioning and personalities, addressing their physical and emotional needs in collaboration with skilled staff.
- Adhere to Attains policies and procedures at all times.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
