Career Care Institute is looking for an assertive and confident Limited Permit X-Ray Technician Program Instructor.
Applicant must :
- Possess a valid Radiologic Technology certificate or a Limited X-Ray Tech Permit in the categories of chest, extremities, and torso-skeletal, which should also include digital radiography (Issued by California Dept. of Public Health)
- Possess a minimum of three years of experience working in the field as an X-Ray Tech
Qualifications and Skills
- Is a qualified practitioner who holds either a diagnostic radiologic technology certificate issued pursuant to CCR, Title 17, section 30440 or a limited permit, issued pursuant to CCR, Title 17, section 30444 in permit categories: Chest, Extremities & Torso-Skeletal, as well to include Digital Radiography.
- Has at least three years of experience in diagnostic radiologic technology, as applicable.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills required
- Detail orientated and well-organized
- Problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Computer skills in Word and Excel
- Travel to local externship sites required
