Position Summary:
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for directing all rental and service activities with the customer provided by the sales rep and our customer base. They will discover the application for the tank rental, determine the tanks size, style of pump and finish with coordinating delivery and first fill. Collect data necessary and complete final billing for both internal and external invoices. Create dispatch plan daily with full route for technicians. Manage all aspects of parts inventory control.
Essential Duties:

Identify equipment needs and cost with Sales and Customer Support

Identify Labor cost associated with preparing the rental equipment and systems

Determine best equipment solution for the customer

Call in all monitor activations/setups through monitors hotline in Texas
-
Review completed ROI sheet and service work order then initiate tank build with service technicians

Ensure accuracy with selected equipment that will be used for the application

Ensure all associated costs are processed and ready to bill

Create OSE Orders

Create Ship To’s
-
Assisting counting inventory

Issue PO’s
-
Reconcile PO’s

Reconcile Inventory

Complete all necessary billing functions for OSE work, parts, rental, sales

Coordinate between equipment Supervisor, the customer and MSP internal staff.

Manage and Support Services Requests

Work with OSE Supervisor to lay out dispatch plan daily

Manage and Support Service Request Billing Requirements

Create and maintain rental equipment reports

Manage reporting in rental agreement databases

Prepare and Provide Equipment Request Quotes

Assist OSE Offsite Equipment Supervisor in all areas
-
Coordinate with customer on delivery and pickup requests
-
Coordinate Fuel Transfers and Waste Pump outs when needed Coordinate first Fill with customer and specialty fueling services

Create parts inventory system, order all parts necessary for work to be completed by technicians

Perform monthly inventory count and provide to accounting team for each location holding inventory including service technician trucks

Manage Vendor Relationships

Place all service requests in our system including requests from OSE Supervisor

Departmental liaison between OSE and Specialty Fueling Services
-
Problem Solve related to equipment and systems

Populate daily data for technician service tickets and various KPI’s

Ensure BU management has all data necessary to complete KPI’s and OKR’s
-
Review with OSE manager that service technicians have completed the proper paperwork for tank rig outs and service requests
Other Duties:

Physical and Environmental Conditions:
__x__This job operates in a office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. This position may require travel via vehicle and airplane. Employee may be required to sit for long periods of time. This position may occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds.
Position Tvpe/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Working hours are Tuesday — Saturday, 10:00 am — 7:00 pm. This position does not generally require long hours and weekend work, but it may be necessary on occasion. Some overtime may be required including weekends.
Minimum Education Experience and Certification

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent

Strong professional communication skills

Strong knowledge base regarding the Microsoft Office software suite

Petroleum equipment experience preferred
