Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Manager to join our team. The Loan Servicing Manager will be responsible to carry out the daily functions of a loan operations department, for the overall loan operations management and oversight of the mortgage, Consumer and Commercial loans support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Handles the entire loan operations department
- Develops and maintains work flows for all stages of document preparation, closing and file documentation and collateral management
- Directs loan input (system boarding) and verification procedures for all loans
- Organizes and directs the daily activity in loan servicing
- Supervises all aspects of servicing for all loans (portfolio and sold)
- Assists with responses to loan reviews and supervise maintenance of the tracking required by the loan reviews
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in loan operations.
Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Knowledge of Accounting software; Contact Management systems; Database software; Internet software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
