Job Description: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services, including direct therapy to clients, supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conducting parent training sessions. The BCaBA will also assist the BCBA with various tasks as needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct RBT Supervision:
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct regular observations of RBT sessions to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and program fidelity.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to RBTs to promote professional growth and development.
- Parent Training:
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and implement parent training programs.
- Conduct parent training sessions to educate caregivers on behavior management strategies, reinforcement techniques, and skill acquisition programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to parents in implementing behavior plans at home and in community settings.
- Assist BCBA:
- Assist the BCBA in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to track client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the BCBA in creating individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and behavior data.
- Prepare and submit reports, graphs, and treatment summaries as required by funding sources and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to ABA services.
- Direct Therapy with clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
- Experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), preferably in a clinical or school setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, caregivers, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
