Required:
* Utilize basic computer skills, operate a keyboard

Summary:
Under supervision of the Property Manager, manages the flow of information for the various programs.
Duties Include:
* Comply with all approved policies and procedures, federal regulations and state statutes as they relate to the various programs
* Greet all visitors to the building
* Dispense applications for the various programs
* Answer incoming telephone calls and route calls appropriately
* Schedule appointments for the caseworkers
* Monitor general email in-box
* Enter all completed applications on the appropriate waiting list, make a physical file, and maintain all correspondence for the file
* Perform background, credit, criminal and parole/probation checks as requested
* Serve as liaison between employer and general public, maintaining contacts personally or by telephone, referring people to other agencies when appropriate; answer general questions about programs
* Accept rent payments and generate appropriate receipt
* Keep waiting room clean and orderly
* Keep blank forms racks stocked
* Post out-going main and insure it goes out every day
* Assist caseworkers in investigating potential program abuse
* Assist in the process of getting landlords paid at the end of each month
* Assist with ordering supplies
* Provide backup and support to coworkers
* Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with customers, coworkers and other agencies
* Perform other related duties as assigned
