We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with expiring managing retail accounts. This role will manage existing business as well as create new business opportunities.
Conduct telemarketing and outbound calling to generate sales leads
- Record results into CRM
- Must have experience managing retail accounts
- Send weekly offers to existing buyers
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and promote our products or services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Research and identify new business opportunities for growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in inside sales or technical sales
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Strong business development and lead generation skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
