What You’ll Be Doing:-
Draft basic correspondence

Request and track information from clients and government agencies, uploading to government sites, as required

Conduct internet research
-
Support case docket management functions, including tracking filing deadlines

Coordinate appraisal orders with clients, attorneys and appraisers

Perform administrative duties, including: scanning, maintaining and electronically filing documents in proprietary database; detailed data entry; and converting documents and data to different formats

Assist others and complete other duties, as requested
Your Background:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative office experience or internship required. Law firm experience, familiarity with legal terminology and/or real estate/appraisal knowledge considered a plus. Proficient computer skills and comfortable learning new software programs. Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe; DocuSign and database skills considered a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with diverse client base in a professional and service-oriented manner. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
