Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with IHG Opera POS or similar Desk System
- Must have a great personality and professionalism
-Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
