We seek a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team, specializing in IV infusion, blood drawing, and aesthetic procedures such as microneedling and Botox. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our medical staff by performing various clinical and administrative tasks. We are willing to teach new graduates; no prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Obtain and record vital signs, medical history, and other patient information
- Perform IV infusion and phlebotomy procedures to collect blood samples for testing and analysis
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform aesthetic procedures, including microneedling and Botox injections (training provided)
- Assist with minor surgical procedures and wound care
- Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and other diagnostic tests
- Clean and sterilize medical instruments and equipment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health records (EHR) system
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medication instructions
- Assist with scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
- Current certification in IV infusion and phlebotomy (preferred, but not required; willing to train)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
- CPR certification is preferred
No previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is required.
